　セリスタ株式会社は設立以来、検査機器類を中心に「生活習慣病予防」をターゲットにした製品に特化して参りました。

　生活習慣病はある日突然交通事故のように起こるものでは無く、食生活を中心とした毎日の選択的行動によって自ら病気への階段を上って行くようなものです。そして症状が現れてきたら「病名」がつけられ、治療の効果や自己治癒力によって改善することもありますが、多くの場合治療や投薬で症状は抑えられてもなかなか元の身体に戻ることはできません。

　健康から病気へ向かう流れを捉え、今身体が抱えている課題や問題を見える化し、修正することで病気を近づけないことを目的に、ミネラル・有害金属、身体構造のバランス、酸化ストレス・抗酸化力、DNA酸化ストレスレベル、AGEs：終末糖化産物等のPoint of Care検査機器を提案して参りました。中でも終末糖化産物を測定する「AGE Reader mu」の測定値は、年齢との相関性と不可逆性が非常に高く、今世界で最も注目されている「老化の指標」として、抗加齢・生活習慣病の予防には欠かせない検査になりつつあります。

The 6th AGEs Seminar 〜 From Research to Clinical Science 〜 

Since its foundation, Selista Inc. has been specializing in offering assays/examination devices that focus on "prevention of lifestyle-related diseases". Lifestyle-related diseases do not manifest suddenly like an accident, but instead it builds up and accumulates like going up the stairs into the disease state after making the choices you make every day, such as what you eat. When symptoms manifest, your doctor may diagnose you by giving a disease name to the condition. It is never easy to return to the previous body state even if symptoms are gone after the treatment and also with your own natural healing power. We have been proposing point-of-care assay/examination devices, devices that measure mineral balance and toxic metals, oxidative stress and antioxidant power, DNA oxidative stress levels, and AGEs. We offer these devices aiming to detect the state in the continuous flow from health to disease, and also to envision the state in order to correct the underlying issues inside the body. Among these devices, here we place a highlight on the "AGE Reader mu", which measures the advanced glycation end products. AGEs have a strong correlation with chronological age, and are irreversible, and the measurement of AGEs is attracting much attention as an index for anti-aging and prevention of lifestyle-related diseases.
